Little Sydney Rose, our first grandchild, was born October 14, 2005.  Weighing in at 6 pounds, 2 ounces, she weighed more than her Mommy did at birth, but was shorter at 19 inches.

What is amazing about holding her is thinking that it is our daughter, Shana, who we used to hold the same way that has given birth to such a precious little girl.  It goes to what we have often said ... you should make every day count with your children because they grow up so fast.
